Setting Up iCloud Sync

Requirements

iCloud sync is a Premium feature. To use it, you’ll need:

• An active Everlog Premium subscription
• iCloud enabled on your devices
• The same Apple ID signed in on all devices

Enabling sync

1. Open Everlog and go to Settings
2. Tap iCloud Sync
3. Toggle sync on

Everlog will begin syncing your entries, journals, tags, and attachments across all your devices.

How sync works

• Entries sync automatically in the background
• New entries and edits appear on other devices within minutes
• Attachments (photos, videos, audio, PDFs) are synced via iCloud
• Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest

Troubleshooting sync

If entries aren’t appearing on another device:

1. Check your internet connection on both devices
2. Verify iCloud is enabled in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud
3. Check iCloud storage — if you’re out of space, sync may pause
4. Wait a few minutes — large syncs can take time, especially with many attachments
5. Restart the app on both devices
