Overview

Everlog (“the App”) is developed by Wonderbit S.L.U. (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

What data we collect

Journal data

Your journal entries, attachments, journals, tags, and all personal content are stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if sync is enabled). We have no access to your journal data.

Analytics

We collect minimal, anonymous usage analytics to improve the app:

  • Crash reports via Bugsnag — device model, OS version, and crash stack traces. No personal content is included.
  • Anonymous usage metrics via TelemetryDeck — aggregate feature usage, app version, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Subscription data

Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status. We do not store your payment information.

What data we do NOT collect

  • We never read, access, or store your journal entries
  • We never collect your name, email address, or contact information (unless you contact support)
  • We never sell or share data with third parties for advertising
  • We never use tracking pixels or advertising identifiers

iCloud sync

When you enable iCloud sync (Premium feature), your data is synced through Apple’s CloudKit service using your personal iCloud account. This data is:

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Stored in your personal iCloud container
  • Not accessible by us or any third party

Data retention

Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as you use the app. If you delete the app, local data is removed. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

Children’s privacy

Everlog does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not contain advertising or social features.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
