Agreement
By downloading or using Everlog (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The service
Everlog is a personal journaling application for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS. The App is developed and maintained by Wonderbit S.L.U.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Everlog. We do not claim any rights to your journal entries, photos, videos, audio, or any other content you add to the app.
Subscriptions
Everlog offers a free tier and optional Premium subscription plans:
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID
- Payment is charged to your App Store account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
A lifetime purchase option is also available as a one-time payment.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Everlog only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to store or transmit illegal content
- Interfere with the operation of the App or its services
Disclaimer
Everlog is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure reliability:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, iCloud issues, or user error
- We recommend maintaining regular backups of important entries (available via Settings > Export)
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonderbit S.L.U. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
